Welcome friends! I am thrilled to share this wonderful fitness and lifestyle coach photoshoot I had with my good friend Carolyne. Her upbeat and animated personality is contagious, and she loves empowering people to live their best lives and feel great at any age. Carolyne is not only an advocate for gut-brain health but also a fitness and lifestyle coach. I first met Carolyne back in the late ’90s. Her NIA classes were amazing and so much fun!
I loved the photos and have seen an increase in my social media following due to Mary’s ability to truly capture my brand.

What I loved about this shoot
What I loved about this shoot was Carolyne’s ease in front of the camera, showcasing natural poses and wonderful expressions. If you’re a bit camera-shy, no worries! I’m here to help you feel at ease and guide you every step of the way. My clients always enjoy their brand sessions because our goal is to have FUN while showcasing their brilliance.
For this fitness and lifestyle coach photoshoot, Carolyne was looking for a mix of lifestyle and portrait photos, as well as some that represent her fitness and lifestyle coaching business. We had the opportunity to shoot at several wonderful locations. One of our favorites was Cavegirl Coffeehouse, Longmont’s premier clean-drinking, clean-eating, gluten-free coffeehouse with a modern and healthy flair that perfectly aligns with Carolyne’s lifestyle. It is located in the heart of the super trendy Prospect New Town in Longmont, Colorado. We also captured some shots at Carolyne’s home, while out walking about, and even during a live training session at Rocky Mountain Pilates & Yoga, where Carolyne works as a Pilates trainer.
